A 3-course gastronomic journey, created to accompany the story of the experience.
Flavors, ingredients and evocative inspirations come together in a tasting menu inspired by medieval history, Umbrian tradition and the figures of Saint Francis and the Templars.
A dinner not simply to be enjoyed, but to be experienced as an integral part of the journey.

THE HISTORY OF THE TEMPLARS
A publication dedicated to the history of the Templars, to keep as a memento of the experience and to learn more about the events and history of the Order.
